Firm was in need of Structured & Standardized Process to be followed by all the Employees to avoid conflicts & most important Client Dissatisfaction. They were also in need of reduction in manual work to mark attendance & maintain Salary.

The Solution

Quardonbleu provided an assistant to the Client by creating Step wise single Process Flow. Build Macro based Attendance and Salary tracker.

Step wise Process flow had reduced re work, duplication of work even after multiple movements within internal team with different Supervisors.

This has also act as Handover and Standardized document for any New employee.

Macro based Attendance & Salary tracker had reduced man hours from 2 days i.e. 24 man days annually to an HOUR.

This has also helped to make Salary Payments on 1st Day of the month instead of 5th or 6th Day of the month lead to increase in Employee Satisfaction.
